Description

JIG Prime is Ritmo’s innovative solution for welding pipes with thermoplastic fittings up to 125 mm in diameter. Its lightweight and maneuverability characteristics make JIG Prime an essential tool for working on-site, both vertically and overhead
The welding machine is equipped with two self-centering clamps that, through side knobs, precisely fix the pipe and fitting. With the addition of inserts that act as reducers, the welding machine can work on diameters from 25 to 125 mm. Another distinctive feature of JIG Prime is the reversibility of the clamps that easily detach from the frame and allow adapting the welding machine to on-site work situations
